WORKSHOPS
FOR YOUNG ATHLETES, PARENTS, COACHES, AND SPORTS WORKERS
Modern times can be very challenging for young athletes. They unconsciously receive a large amount of information, and they are targeted with negative impulses that they must be able to deal with. Sport is supposed to be a safe space, a kind of retreat from the timed everyday life of young people, so it is important that young people know how to navigate through life and realize that sport can be a very clear navigation.
VOLLEYBALL AS A TOOL FOR PREVENTING MARGINALITY AND DEVIANCE IN SPORTS
MOTIVATION OF A YOUNG ATHLETE
SPORT AS A TOOL AGAINST RADICALIZATION
The interactive workshops show young people the “real” aspect of the sport; they learn to recognize marginal behavior, deal with deviance, and learn about the basic steps of motivation for the field they are interested in. They learn how to avoid the negative influences of modern life.
Workshops are intended for children and young people from 10 to 20 years of age who are actively involved in the sports process. Parents, coaches, and sports workers have a great influence on the life, behavior, and feelings of young people, so there is one section of a workshop dedicated to them.
The implementation is adapted to the individual wishes of the requester, but the silver lining is always preserved – the topics of the offered workshops.
